There are two ways to get up to Bill Moore Lake, today we went up the Empire Loop side which proved to be a lot of fun, had some good challenges, and some great sites and views. This is a moderate difficulty trail due to the narrow and rocky terrain. Expect to get some minor pinstripes when doing this trail.
